Bread from Oberhauser’s bakery in Schoppernau, yoghurt directly from our neighbourhood farmer Raimund Beer in Schoppernau, all our meat and sausages are bought directly from Oswald Baurenhas Butchers in Schoppernau, free-range eggs from Christahof in Bezau …
We will happily serve you our coffee specialties such as latte macchiato, espresso, cappuccino, ... or tee made of the finest alpine herbs in the region. Gathered by hand, of course!

We have been awarded the Austrian gastronomy quality seal for using regional and Austrian produce.
